All dancers age 7 through 18 are encouraged to audition for South Shore Ballet Theatre’s popular Summer Intensive programs. Registration is available weekly or as a full-season program, from July 10 through August 4, 9 am to 3 pm weekdays.  The final week of Summer Intensive is Nutcracker-themed, allowing community or SSBT dancers to get a head start preparing for new roles secured for SSBT’s annual holiday season tradition production of “The Nutcracker”.  A program finale performance will be held for students that attend at least three weeks of the program.

Girl dancers arrive wearing black leotard, tights, ballet shoes, pointe shoes (if en pointe), and hair in a bun. Boy dancers arrive wearing a white shirt, black bike shorts or black tights and ballet shoes.
