Americana Theatre Company’s Studio Americana Presents Beauty and the Beast – Americana Theatre Company’s (ATC) Studio Americana youth performing arts program presents its elementary school students in a production of the beloved fairy tale Beauty and the Beast on Saturday, July 14, and Saturday, July 21, 2 pm at Spire Center for Performing Arts, 25 1/2 Court Street, Plymouth.  Beauty and the Beast is by Charles Perrault.

A storybook classic transformed into a musical, Beauty and the Beast is set in the French countryside, where a handsome prince resides in a beautiful castle.  The Prince is rich and fortunate, he cares little for his kingdom’s people.  Unable to break his penchant for cruelty, a spell is cast upon him.  He lives as a beast, until the tides turn when he is loved by a good and fair lady.

Studio Americana’s mission is to develop talent, inspire creativity, and prepare students to activate their dreams. They offer premiere training in theatre and musical theatre for students at affordable rates.

Tickets to Beauty and the Beast are $10 for adults, $5 for children, available at the door.  For complete Studio Americana program descriptions, schedules, pricing, and other information, visit, call 508-591-0282, follow Americana Theatre Company on Facebook or Twitter, or Studio Americana on Instagram.
