Tuneful Brew Coffeehouse, a new concert series for performers and audiences of all ages, presents its next open mic night on Friday, April 7, from 7 to 9 pm at First Parish Church’s Harvey Assembly Hall, 842 Tremont Street (Rte. 3A), Duxbury. A one-hour open mic session kicks off the event at 7 pm, followed by the region’s finest musicians appearing as featured performers at 8 pm, this month featuring Americana/Roots/Bluegrass band Cold Chocolate.
Open to the public, the Tuneful Brew Coffeehouse invites performers to entertain diverse audiences at the open mic session with their unique talent in vocal, instrumental, or theatrical performances. A sound system and piano are available for performer’s use. The final featured act scheduled to appear this season is Americana duo Woodsmith & Hersch in May.
Admission is $10 at the door, children 12 and under are free. Light dinner selections, homemade baked goods, a variety of tea and coffee are available, donations are greatly appreciated.
