THE BOSTON GLOBE – FORD FILES A performance of “She Did All That – Betty Ford: Speaking Out, Saving Lives” will benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The new documentary play by South Shore playwright Lisa Rafferty, coauthor of “MOMologues,” is based on a chapter in the life of an extraordinary woman whose courage and candor broke down societal taboos and changed the lives of many women. The hour-long staged reading’s cast includes arts critic Joyce Kulhawik and South Shore film actress Erica McDermott.
