Abigail Adams Birthplace restored, reopened to public

BOSTON.com – After a $150,000 structural and exterior restoration, the Abigail Adams Birthplace, in North Weymouth, will open to the public in June. The home is no stranger to renovation-it’s been cut in half and moved twice (once pulled by oxen), threatened by demolition, and chewed by termites.
